Using a process called direct to garment printing (DTG printing), we are able to deliver a truly superior result on the best tried-and-true apparel. The DTG process is special as it allows for detailed, high quality printing that is soft to the touch and will stand up to the demands of favorite shirt status. With DTG printing we are not limited to working with t-shirts alone; we can print beautiful full-color designs on just about any garment with no minimum order.

Art/Design

Send us your finished design or work with one of our Codex artists to design something original.

Artwork Review and Mock-up

We help to ensure that your final product will look great by doing a free digital mock-up for your approval and offering expert advice to help pick the right garment to suit your need. We worked hard to find the best possible garments for quality DTG printing results; 100% cotton is highly recommended.

Final Editing

We make any changes desired to the mock-up (color, size, design placement etc.) for your final approval.

Pretreating and Printing

If printing on a darker garment, we add a special coating to the print area that allows the ink to pop; then your approved image is printed directly onto the garment and cured with a heat press.

Quality Control and Shipping

Each garment is inspected to ensure that it matches the final mock-up before we pack it with care and ship it to you.

* For best quality printing, we recommend 100% ringspun cotton garments.

** We recommend always washing inside out with cold water to prolong the life of your apparel.
